In this group program you'll get live coaching that will help you to understand yourself, start enjoying food again, and lose weight as you develop a more balanced life of energy and vitality.
Curb your cravings using my 3-step method.
Change your dopamine cycle so you can break old habits to replace with new healthy ones.
Create a routine for planning healthy food and activity so it comes easy and is repeatable.
Let go of any dependence on the scale, and measure your beauty and progress in new ways.
Together we hold space for all to feel welcome and safe to participate.
Everyone in the group protects the confidentiality of everyone else.
All members agree to participate by providing support to one another without giving coaching and advice.
Your group program starts with a personal 1:1 INTAKE session (with me) where we will lay out your goals and an individual game plan.
Then the group meets over Zoom 4 times each month, allowing plenty of opportunities for live coaching. Recordings will be made available.
We will have an organized weekly check-in via text for extra accountability. (via What's app messenger ).
Included is a downloadable 12-week workbook that provides a weekly lesson for integrating your learning ( practical tools for mindset, handling urges, meal planning, shopping, dining out, and food preparation).
Also included is a weekly downloadable journal to record your key takeaways, for deeper learning.

Our time together will focus in these four core areas:
1)Food:
Handle cravings so you can transition from the foods you want to cut out, that are causing inflammation, chronic disease, and pre-mature aging- and emphasize healthy foods that prevent disease, boost immunity and promote longevity.
2)Fitness:
There are simple ways to add more exercise into your life even with physical limitations, or aches and pains. Redefine exercise for you, so that movement can be a part of your day.
3)Stress:
You'll learn to notice how stress impacts your health and how to use a growth mindset to build resilience and respond to triggers.
4)Rest:
Sufficient down time is needed for the body for optimal health. Practice the discipline of adding quality rest and restorative time to your days, to help you feel better all around.
